Amplíase la autorización a que se refiere el artículo 1 o . de la Ley 35 de 1963 , dada al Gobierno Nacional, hasta la ocurrencia del monto total de las tres (3) obras mencionadas en dicha Ley, pudiendo el Gobierno establecer peaje para respaldar la operación financiera correspondiente.
