Sanción especial. Al exhibidor que se resista o rechace la instalación y puesta en funcionamiento de los equipos e instalaciones necesarios para la operación del sistema de boletería y control de asistencia, dentro del término fijado por la Compañía de Fomento Cinematográfico -Focine-, le será aplicada por el Ministerio de Comunicaciones la sanción más grave prevista en el artículo 32 del Decreto 1156 de 1988.
