Artículo primero. Contra las resoluciones del Director Ejecutivo de la Superintendencia de Regulación Económica, por medio de las cuales se rechacen modificaciones de los precios, descuentos o porcentajes y se fijen los que deban regir, según lo establecido por el artículo primero del Decreto-ley 1479 de 1963, procederá el recurso de apelación para ante el Consejo Directivo de la citada Superintendencia, el cual se concederá en el efecto devolutivo
