Declarase monumento nacional la Iglesia del Rosario de Cúcuta. En tal virtud el Gobierno procederá a la conservación de dicho templo y a unirlo con la plaza de dicho Municipio por el medio de una Avenida denominada del centenario y que habrá de conservar la Nación como un homenaje a la memoria de los funcionarios de la Patria.
