El gobierno hará la edición oficial del presente Código, a través del Ministerio de Justicia, la cual se someterá al Consejo de Estado para la ordenación de su articulado y corrección de las citas que en él se hacen de disposiciones legales, si fuere el caso, con el fin de establecer su correcta concordancia, con base en lo dispuesto en el artículo 28 de la ley 167 de 1941.
