Art. 15. Habrá alumnos internos i esternos. La Nacion costeara diez i ocho alumnos internos a razon de dos por cada estado, i se admitirán ademas como internos a todos los que quieran entrar sometiéndose a las condiciones i precios que fije el reglamento económico del Instituto, i a las que señalen las leyes o los decretos ejecutivos. Serán esternos los que quieran matricularse como tales con las mismas condiciones. Cap.4.° - De las sociedades agrícolas.
