° Los impuestos cobrados en los ríos Atrato y Sinú se distribuirán de conformidad con la Ley 82 de 1913 .Parágrafo. El Poder Ejecutivo queda facultado para dotar las dragas y vehículos que adquiera con el personal necesario para su armada y ulterior manejo.
