Trasládase en el Presupuesto de Gastos del año económico de 1909, del Departamento del Tesoro, capítulo 59, artículo 308, la cantidad de ciento veinte mil pesos ($ 120,000) á la siguiente imputación:

MINISTERIO DE HACIENDA Y TESORO

DEPARTAMENTO DE LA DEUDA NACIONAL

Capítulo 61.

Deuda exterior-Deudas consolidada y flotante.

Deuda interior flotante.

Parágrafo

Las Oficinas ordenadoras y pagadoras describirán en sus libros las operaciones á que da lugar el presente Decreto.
