º . Modifíquese el numeral 1 del artículo 23 del Decreto 219 de 2004, el cual quedará así: 1. Generar y consolidar una visión integradora de la función de extensión que viabilice el objeto de la Escuela y potencie la atención y apoyo a las instituciones del Estado, en los temas de función pública y función administrativa, con especial énfasis en la carrera administrativa y la gerencia del recurso humano al servicio del Estado, integrándola con las labores de las Subdirecciones Académica y de Alto Gobierno.
