Art. 15. Son deberes del Jefe de la seccion 5, a respecto de los ramos indicados, i sin perjuicio de cumplir los suyos propios i de usar de las facultades legales que tiene como Director jeneral de correos: Cumplir lo dispuesto en los incisos 2,° 3,° 4,° 5,° 6.° i 11.° del artículo 7,° en todo lo que sea análogo a los negociados de su cargo, i se halle, ademas, en armonía con las disposiciones legales sobre correos.
