C. y al Departamento del Valle, podrán ser invertidos en la reconstrucción y construcción de escuelas para enseñanza primaria, en dicho Municipio, ya que por motivos especiales no ha sido posible construir la Escuela Vocacional Agrícola. Igual destinación podrá darse en el Corregimiento de Ceilán, Municipio de Bugalagrande, a la partida girada, con destino a la Escuela Vocacional Agrícola en esa población.
