Las bebidas gaseosas deberán ser fabricadas con azúcar, y la fabricación con dulcina o sacarina o sus similares, serán castigadas por la primera vez con una multa de quinientos pesos ($ 500) y la reincidencia con la suspensión de la fábrica.
