Artículo décimo cuarto. Los comisionistas deberán constituir a favor de la Bolsa y a satisfacción de ésta, una garantía general de cumplimiento de sus operaciones por la suma de cien mil pesos ($100.000.00). Igualmente, deberá constituir una garantía especial por el valor que señale la Junta Directiva de la respectiva bolsa. Sobre las operaciones de futuros, deberán constituir una garantía adicional cuando la Superintendencia Bancario, la Junta Directiva o el Gerente de la Bolsa, así lo soliciten.
