La prima de Navidad decretada a favor de los servidores nacionales, corresponde a las asignaciones cuyo valor se atiende con partidas globales en la Ley de gastos, se pagará por los distintos Ministerios y Departamentos Administrativos con cargo a la apropiación global del respectivo servicio, en el caso de que hubiere lugar a ello.
