Con el fin de atender al pago de las prestaciones sociales del personal dado de baja de la Policía, el Gobierno queda facultado para comprar los bienes de la Caja de Protección Social de dicho Cuerpo y para garantizar el pago de préstamos hipotecarios u otras operaciones que dicha Caja efectúe con el fin de obtener las sumas indispensables.
