LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 148. LIQUIDACION PRESTACIONES OFICIALES GENERALES Y CORONELES. Las prestaciones sociales de los Oficiales Generales y Coroneles serán liquidadas, así:

Sueldo básico: Será igual al porcentaje que como tal determinen las disposiciones legales vigentes que regulan esta materia.

Las partidas y porcentajes correspondientes señalados en los artículos 139 y 143 de este Decreto.
