Modificaciones al tarifario. El consejo directivo del Instituto Colombiano Agropecuario (ICA), podrá en cualquier momento agregar o eliminar tarifas, atendiendo la necesidad del servicio, con estricta sujeción a los hechos generadores definidos en la ley.
