° El Ministerio de Obras Públicas ordenará a la Sección 5° del mismo que haga el suministro, ya despachando el pedido del material existente en el Almacén Nacional, cuando fuere posible, ya dando la autorización para que se contrate en el lugar de donde se haga, si lo estima conveniente.
