Abrese al Presupuesto Nacional de gastos del año económico de 1915 un crédito extraordinario por la suma de cuarenta y nueve mil ochocientos setenta y cinco pesos cuarenta y dos centavos ($ 49,875-42), con las imputaciones siguientes:

Higiene Pública Nacional.

Parágrafo

Las Oficinas ordenadoras y pagadoras respectivas describirán en sus libros las operaciones a que da lugar el presente Decreto.
