Art. 50. El Rector del Liceo Nacional es de libre nombramiento y remoción del Gobierno. El vicerrector se nombra por el Gobierno a propuesta del Rector, quien nombra libremente los Inspectores o Prefectos que sean necesarios, el Secretario y el Portero.
