Decreto 829 de 1984 · Por el cual se reglamenta parcialmente el artículo 3° del Decreto 133 de 1976

La Junta Directiva será elegida por la asamblea general y estará integrada por no menos de cinco (5) ni más de siete (7) miembros, con sus respectivos suplentes Operativamente estará organizada así

Presidente.

Vicepresidente.

Vocales. La Junta será el organismo ejecutor de las decisiones de la asamblea general y sus atribuciones se determinarán en los en los estatutos. Corresponde a la junta aplicar las sanciones cuya imposición no sea responsabilidad de la asamblea general.

Parágrafo

El período de los miembros de la Junta Directiva será de un (1) año, pero podrán ser reelegidos, si no se prevé otra cosa en los estatutos. En los estatutos se señalarán los requisitos para ser elegido miembro de la junta directiva.
