Quien preste el servicio sin estar inscrito en el Registro Nacional de Turismo, o el prestador de servicios turísticos que incumpla su obligación de renovarlo, u omita o incluya en este información falsa o inexacta, quedará sujeto a las sanciones previstas en la ley.
