Los ejidos urbanos y rurales del Municipio de Rovira, serán los mismos de la antigua aldea de Miraflores, en el Departamento del Tolima por los límites determinados en la Ordenanza que erigió tal aldea en distrito parroquial, y que fue expedida por la Legislatura Provincial de Mariquita, en Ibagué el cinco de diciembre de 1853. Tales terrenos y por los mencionados linderos, son de propiedad del Municipio de Rovira.
