Formulario Único Electrónico. Las Cámaras de Comercio, adoptarán el formulario único aprobado por la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio, para solicitar la anotación electrónica de inscripción, actualización, renovación y cancelación. Dicho formulario se entenderá incorporado al formulario de Registro Único Empresarial y Social (RUES) como uno de sus anexos.
