La Secretaria de Hacienda - Dirección de Presupuesto o quien haga sus veces, distribuirá y comunicará la transferencia correspondiente a cada uno de los Fondos de Desarrollo Local, con base en los índices de distribución presupuestal que anualmente se establece y siguiendo los parámetros establecidos en el artículo 62 de la presente ley.
