Articulo 3° Las importaciones de zona franca al resto del país estarán sujetas a las normas generales que rigen para las demás importaciones. Por lo tanto dichas importaciones deberán sujetarse a registro o licencia de importaciones deberán sujetarse a registro o licencia de importación y su pago se llevará a cabo con certificados de cambio. La importaciones de que trata este artículo serán nacionalizadas conforme a los procedimientos vigentes y cumplirán todas las normas sobre cargos, gravámenes, depósitos y demás contribuciones fiscales.
