Los avaluadores que realicen avalúos con destino a procesos judiciales o administrativos, o cuando sus avalúos vayan a hacer parte de las declaraciones y soportes que las personas y entidades realicen ante cualquier autoridad del Estado, tendrán las mismas obligaciones que los funcionarios públicos y se les aplicará en su totalidad las inhabilidades, impedimentos, incompatibilidades, contempladas en la normatividad que regule la materia. Lo anterior, sin perjuicio de las responsabilidades de orden civil a que hubiere lugar conforme a las leyes colombianas y los requisitos, inhabilidades, impedimentos, incompatibilidades, contempladas en otras normas legales.
