Lugares habilitados para conservar, preservar, guardar y custodiar los elementos incautados o decomisados. Son aquellos de carácter público o privado, habilitados por la administración distrital o municipal, para conservar, preservar, guardar y custodiar los elementos incautados o decomisados, bajo las condiciones necesarias de conservación, preservación y seguridad.
