El Comité de Evaluación del personal del Nivel Ejecutivo de la Policía Nacional estará integrado por un oficial general, designado por la Dirección General de la Policía Nacional, el Jefe de la División de Procedimientos de Personal, el Director de la Escuela "Gonzalo Jimenéz de Quezada", el Jefe de la Unidad del Nivel Ejecutivo de la Policía Nacional y el Jefe de la Sección de Clasificación, quien actuará como secretario.
