Art. 25. Ademas de los sueldos fijos que se asignan a los empleados de las Aduanas i de los Resguardos, gozarán de un sobresueldo aventual, consistente en una cuota parte del producto bruto de las respectivas Aduanas, que se repartirá en la proporcion en que se hallen las dotaciones fijas.
