La Junta Directiva podrá delegar en el Director las funciones de la clase C a que se refieren en los numerales 5, 13 y 14 del artículo 13. Esta delegación deberá ser hecha con el voto unánime de los miembros de la Junta Directiva y por escrito, señalando con precisión las funciones delegadas.
