Notificación demandas. En las demandas que se ventilen ante las jurisdicciones ordinaria, laboral y contencioso administrativa, que interesen a la Policía Nacional, la admisión de las mismas deberá ser notificada personalmente al Director General de la Policía Nacional, quien en dicho esto podrá constituir apoderado, sin perjuicio de las funciones que correspondan a los, agentes del Ministerio Público.
