Derecho a la verdad . Las víctimas a las que se refiere el artículo 3º del presente Decreto tienen el derecho inalienable e imprescriptible a que se conozca la verdad acerca de los motivos y circunstancias de modo, tiempo y lugar de las violaciones de las que trata el artículo 3° del presente decreto. La difusión y comunicación se hará previo consentimiento de la víctima. El Estado deberá adelantar las investigaciones correspondientes para establecer la verdad sobre los daños y responsables e informar periódicamente de los resultados a las víctimas a las que se refiere el artículo 3° del presente Decreto.
