Art. 18. Corresponde al Poder Ejecutivo del Estado nombrar interinamente el ciudadano que deba desempeñar la Procuraduría del Distrito naoional respectivo, en los casos que ocurran de falta absoluta o temporal del Procurador propietario; i miéntras se nombra por el Poder Ejecutivo federal.
