Imposibilidad de provisión del empleo . Cuando no sea posible proveer un empleo de carrera con personal de la lista de elegibles por haberse agotado el número de candidatos que figuren en ella, haber terminado la vigencia de la lista o haberse declarado la nulidad del concurso, podrá hacerse nombramiento provisional mientras se realiza uno nuevo.
