º Expirado el término de fijación en lista, de que trata el artículo 14 del Decreto 432 de 1969, pasará el asunto a la Sala Constitucional y comenzará a correr el lapso de diez (10) días para registro de la ponencia, vencido el cual se iniciará el de veinte (20) días de que dispone la Corte Plena para su decisión.
