En las Disposiciones de la presente Ley quedan comprendidos los miembros de la Marina de Guerra (Armada Nacional), y mientras se dicta la ley orgánica de ésta, el Gobierno establecerá la equivalencia de los grados de los Oficiales de la Marina respecto de los del Ejército, para el efecto de la asignación de las pensiones a que haya lugar.
