Artículo primero. Destínase la suma de veinticinco mil pesos ($ 25.000.00) moneda corriente, con el objeto de atender a los gastos urgentes de reparación que demanda el Templo Parroquial del Municipio de Caicedonia (Departamento del Valle), a que han dado lugar los daños ocasionados por el hecho del cual se hace mención en la parte motiva del presente Decreto.
