º. Para los efectos de lo previsto en este Decreto, los comerciantes en la facturación correspondiente, deberán identificar al adquirente extranjero por su nombre y pasaporte o documento de identificación y la dirección de su domicilio en el exterior. Así mismo, deberán discriminar el Impuesto sobre las Ventas generado en la respectiva transacción.
