Articulo 3º . Los síndicos de las quiebras o concursos de acreedores deberán presentar una denuncia anual del patrimonio que conforma la masa de bienes y de los ingresos y gastos incurridos en la administración de tales bienes, sin perjuicio de la declaración de renta y patrimonio que debe presentar el contribuyente.
