MENCIÓN HONORÍFICA . Los soldados que durante la prestación del servicio militar no hubieren sido sancionados, recibirán al ser licenciados una mención honorífica en la cual se dejará constancia de su ejemplar comportamiento. La mención honorífica será solicitada por el Comandante de la respectiva unidad.
