El presente acto administrativo modifica el Decreto número 1686 de 2012, modificado por el Decreto número 162 de 2021, y el Decreto número 1366 de 2020 y tiene por objeto suprimir como requisito la certificación de Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura (BPM) para la obtención del registro sanitario de bebidas alcohólicas que se fabriquen, elaboren, hidraten, envasen, exporten e importen y comercialicen en el territorio nacional.
