º. Antes de aplicarse una sanción disciplinaria, el patrono debe oír al trabajador inculpado, directamente, y si éste es sindicalizado deberá estar asistido de dos (2) representantes de la organización sindical a que pertenezca. No producirá efecto alguno la sanción disciplinaria impuesta con violación de este trámite.
