Revocación de la libertad bajo custodia. En cualquier estado del juzgamiento podrá revocarse la libertad bajo custodia cuando se acredite que el procesado esta exceptuado de tal beneficio, que incumpla las opilaciones que le fueron impuestas o cesen los motivos que la originaron.
