º Para el mejor aprovechamiento de las Becas ciudadano José Latuf, divídese en dos períodos el tiempo que ha ofrecido el donante sostener este beneficio. En consecuencia, cada beca tendrá un plazo improrrogable de dos (2) años, así: primer período, a partir de 1949, y segundo período a partir de 1951.
