Art. 2.° La Corte Marcial conocerá inmediatamente de los procesos que el Gobierno le someta por delitos de rebelión, sedición, motín y conspiración contra el orden público en cualquiera forma; por consiguiente, las funciones de la Corte no son de carácter permanente, sino para cuando el Gobierno la convoque para el conocimiento de causas especiales.
