De la Sección de Contabilidad y Cuentas del Fondo Rotatorio del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores. Son funciones de la Sección de Contabilidad y Cuentas del Fondo Rotatorio del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores:

Llevar los libros de la contabilidad del Fondo Rotatorio del Ministerio;

Controlar los recaudos del Fondo Rotatorio del Ministerio;

Elaborar los informes mensuales de ingresos y egresos, el estado de tesorería y el balance;

Elaborar las cuentas y resoluciones que ordenen gastos y vigilar el trámite de éstas hasta su pago final.
