° Tienen derecho a recibir las bonificaciones e indemnizaciones de que trata el Título VI del Decreto 2119 del 29 de diciembre de 1992, únicamente los funcionarios que desempeñan los cargos que fueron suprimidos en el artículo 1° del presente Decreto y que no sean incorporados a la nueva planta. Los funcionarios de libre nombramiento y remoción no tendrán derecho a ningún tipo de indemnización o bonificación.
