°. Constituirá quórum de la asamblea la mayoría absoluta de las personas convocadas y las decisiones se tomarán por mayoría de votos de los asistentes. En caso de que no se integre el quórum establecido en este artículo, la Rectora de la Unidad Universitaria del Sur de Bogotá, señalará día y hora para nueva asamblea, en la cual constituirá quórum la tercera parte de las personas convocadas a la primera reunión y las decisiones se tomarán por la mayoría de los asistentes.
