Restitúyase a la sociedad de Mejoras Públicas de Cartagena la custodia, conservación y cuidado del fuerte de San Sebastián de Pastelillo, a fin de que dicha Sociedad continúe la organización y desarrollo que allí han venido adelantándose, como centro de atracción del turismo nacional y extranjero, por medio del Club de Pesca de Cartagena.
